One of the challenges faced by recent graduates entering the workforce is a lack of experience, which often requires several years of learning. However, the business world does not wait for anyone, and the real estate sector is no exception. There is a demand for professionals who possess knowledge and skills and can start working immediately in a professional manner. This initiative aims to align the workforce with the needs of the labor market in the real estate industry, akin to transferring DNA from experienced individuals to new students. Dr. Waradech Rukphan, CEO of V Beyond Development Public Company Limited, has collaborated with Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) to develop a Bachelor's and Master's degree program focused on real estate management innovation. In both the undergraduate and combined Bachelor's-Master's programs, students will engage in project-based learning and study with successful professionals, referred to as 'real experts' in each subject. Additionally, they will have internships at leading real estate companies to hone their skills in their third year. Undergraduate students can complete their studies in three years, as we aim to quickly develop a workforce that meets the growing demands of this industry. The combined Bachelor's-Master's program can be completed within four years, depending on the students' performance.

This curriculum development project involves collaboration with experts from various leading national real estate companies, including Ms. Sumitra Wongphakdee, Managing Director of Terra Media and Consulting Co., Ltd., a specialist in real estate market research, and Dr. Napaporn Chulsukon, Managing Director of Result Plus Media Co., Ltd., an expert in international sales and marketing, among others. An MOU signing ceremony took place on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, marking a significant step in developing a modern real estate curriculum that emphasizes practical work and systematic planning, as well as the application of modern technologies such as AI, Big Data, Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and Prop Tech in real estate management. This initiative also provides students with opportunities for real internships in leading organizations, promoting comprehensive learning to effectively adapt to future labor market changes.
